Refs strike threar could delay new Scottish Prem season.
The danger of a strike by referees has seriously put in jepody the start of the new Scottish Premier League season due to start this weekend.
The representatives of the Referees and the SPL meet yesterday without success in an effort to head of the proposed strike and are due to meet again later this week.
The refs had been offered a rise of £25 which would take their fee to £6oo a match but were holding out for £800 if reports were to be believed.
I for one would bite their hands off for a fee like that as i am as blind as a bat and never listen to anyone so i have the perfect credentials!
