Bournemouth likely to face points deduction - League 2
As mentioned yesterday it seems likely that later today Bournemouth will have to start the season with a 17 point deduction if they wish to keep their place in the League.
As in the case of Rotherham who had a similar punishment inflicted on them yesterday the Cherries who had 10 deducted last season which ultimately cost them their position in League 1 have not satisfied the league over set criteria regarding the clubs financial position.
Bournemouth kick off their league 2 campaign tomorrow at home to Gillingham provided they agree to the leagues conditions.
