Barry may still have future at Villa - Transfer Talk Today.

Gareth Barry may still have a future with Villa after all according to manager Martin O`Neill. The England international came on as a sub for the unfortunate Wilfred Bouma against Odense in the Intertoto Cup at the weekend and was given a good reception by the majority of the crowd.

With the proposed move to Liverpool seeming to have stalled and interest from the likes of Arsenal not coming to anything unless things start to move in the near future Barry could be a Villa player till at least January.

Didier Drogba who has not joined up with his Chelsea team mates on their World Tour playing some of the top pub teams in Asia! (yes that is a sarcastic dig! lol) has said he will make a decision on his future within the next week. Milan, Barca and Inter are all waiting in anticipation of the Ivory Cast international`s decision and given his "special" relationship with Jose "Special One" Mourinho it would come as no surprise to see him in Italy for the start of the season.

It seems Real Madrid cannot help themselves from "poaching" the best of Premier league talent, and now that their interest in Ronaldo has waned they have turned their attention to Cesc Fabregas.

Apparently the Arsenal midfielder has said he is prepared to stay at least one more season with the Gunners and his future after that depends on weather they lift any trophies come May.
He has not closed the door on a move in the future but it will be interesting to see how Arsene Wenger reacts to this news as Fabregas is the jewel among the crop of very talented youngsters, in addition it would be a severe test of Arsenal fans (of which i am one!) faith in the great man`s ability to keep his top players, and i personally feel the loss of Fabregas would be a bigger blow then the loss of any player since Wenger took over the Gunners including Henry.
