World Snooker Championship - Rocket launches into final
Ronnie O`Sullivan was in devastating form as he completed a 17-6 semi final win over his great rival Stephen Hendry.
Hendry who up till this point was playing some fine snooker himself had no answer to the Rocket`s power and his face told the story as he was continually forced to sit in his chair as Ronnie went on a potting spree.
The other semi final is still finely balanced and sees Ali Carter hold a 9-7 lead against Joe Perry. Again both players have been playing great snooker but with neither prepared to give an inch and the prospect of this match going to the wire, just how much will the winner have when he comes to take on O`Sullivan in the final that starts on Sunday and continues Bank Holiday Monday.
For me unless O`Sullivan has another one of his self destruct sessions the 3rd World title of his career is there for the taking.
