Fulham - The great escape is on
A few weeks ago after i had seen Liverpool win 2-0 at Craven Cottage i wrote something along the lines of "Fulham are as good as down" since then they have gone on a run tht takes them within a whisker of survival.
They have to go to Portsmouth on the final day of the season knowing a win will keep them up and with Portsmouth having one eye on the Cup Final it has to be an achieveable result.
I will be delighted for Fulham if they pull of this great escape as in Roy Hodgson they have not only a nice man as manager but a most knowledgeable footballing man and genuinely nice guy.
With all the super ego`s flying aroung the Premiership i hopr Roy strikes a blow for the quiet nice men of the game and keeps the Cottager`s up.
