Premier League: Relegated: Derby
Championship: Relegated: Scunthorpe,Colchester.
League One: Promoted: Swansea Relegated: Luton, Port Vale
League Two: Promoted: MK Dons,Peterborough,Hereford. Relegated: Wrexham.
Blue Square Prem: Promoted: Aldershot. Play Offs: Torquay, Cambridge Utd, Exeter and Burton. Relegated: Stafford Rangers, Droylsden, Farsley Celtic and Altrincham.
As you can see even at this late stage of the season there are still plenty of clubs with something to play for and the final two weeks of the season promises to have several twists left in it.
