Blue Square Premiership Football

Today's tip comes from the Blue Square Premiership or as I still like to
think of it the Conference, and the game between Exeter in 6th place and
Woking in 16th,

Exeter have a home league record of W7 D6 L1 F28 A18 with the only defeat
coming back in November when Burton visited St James Park and won 4-1.
Since then however they have won their last 4 home games scoring12 and
conceding 4.

A win tonight would help them consolidate their challenge for a play off
place with the 2 teams directly above and below them Forest Green and
Cambridge United facing tricky away games against Stevenage and Cambridge
United respectively.

In their last 6 games Exeter have won 4 drawn 2 lost 0 scored 11 and
conceded only 3 in fact the only league defeat they have suffered since
the New Year was on New Years Day when they lost the local derby against
Torquay 1-0.

Woking on the other hand have had another disappointing season. On their
travel their record reads W4 D5 L6 F16 A20 and though their form has
improved of late with only 1 defeat in their last 6 games their strength
lays at home. Though they have won 4 away games three have been against
Stafford (23rd) Northwick (22nd) and Weymouth (19th) teams that in 42 home
games in the league between them have mustered just 6 wins.

Head to head does sound the one cautionary note as in their last 9
meetings Exeter have won just 2 home and away and in the 4 meetings at
Exeter in that time Woking have come away with at least one point on 3 of
those occasions though you do have to go back to April 2004 for their last
win at St James Park.

Team news is that Exeter have no new injury worries and look set to name
an unchanged side whilst Woking midfielder Bradley Quamina should take his
place in the side despite being withdrawn on Saturday after 38 minutes
with a knee injury.Otherwise Woking manager Frank Gray is expected to
stick with the same side.

Totesport are best price 8/11 an Exeter win and I am happy to invest in
that possibility tonight.

Good luck,

Silverfox.
