Online Gambling Firms Do Annoy

I Hate Online Gambling Sites states fellow blogger Captain Ed - touche.

Robbing gamblers is not the captains beef. Nor the spyware. Nor the stupid popup adverts. Nor the unfair games. Nor the pathetic PR stunts pulled by the yawn that is Golden Palace. I could go on, I could probably write a book.

♠ The captain is pissed off at casino affiliates spamming his blog via any means possible. The casinos & poker rooms play dumb all the while. "It's not us guv, it's those nasty affs sending us all these players. What can we do apart from pay them to bring us more punters?"

♠ The captain asks - "Why would anyone trust a gambling site that cheats in any aspect of its business? If they're scummy bastards in cheating website owners like myself out of advertising revenue, why would anyone expect them to be honest with payouts for winnings?"

Gamblog Comment - When it comes to annoying potential future customers, the online gambling firms who carry the attitude of "we just want the players, bollocks to the general public", take the prize. I mean, let's have it right, online gambling firms are a disgrace in general. It's not just gambler folk like me who know. It's concrete, it's proven, it's not a myth borne out of the old days of Vegas.

All things being equal, the Americans should go ahead and ban online gambling. The likes of blogger captain Ed and his readers would not shed a tear, and who can blame them?
