The selection won well on her debut when beating Siren's Gift, is sure to have learnt from the experience and given nominal improvement from a good draw will be hard to beat. Christmas Tart rates the main danger on her best form but she appears to have regressed of late so can not be put forward with any confidence. Sunken Rags is another that could go well on her latest third behind The Mighty Ogmore but the suspicion is she will be seen to better effect over a longer trip. Of the others Seaflower Reef is from a yard in form but her form leaves her with a little to find and with this in mind for the winner we return to Enticing.

Rainbow Fox is sure to have his supporters but he will do well to give weight and a beating to the selection. Claret And Amber, Secret Liaison and Bijou Dan are three against the field in a competitive finale and a confident vote is given to Claret And Amber. The selection won in game fashion last time out, beating the in-form Riley Boys. Although having to carry a penalty for that win, he is expected to improve again for the step up in trip and, with his yard continuing in good form, he looks much the best. Secret Liaison rates as the main danger but he was slightly disappointing behind Keel last time out; however, the return to this shorter ttrip should suit and he can go well from the Sir Mark Prescott yard. Bijou Dan has won his last two tace in good style, most notably when beating Luck In Running last time; however, this is his toughest assignment to date and he needs to improve again to win off this high a mark. Samuel Charles is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he gave the impression that the handicapper had caught up with him when well beaten last time. Of the remainder, Kingsholm is from a shrewd, in-form yard and should be noted in the betting but he is becoming expensive to follow and, with this in mind, for the selection we return to Claret And Amber.
