Poker Rooms and their multiplayer poker tournaments are big business. Some players are not satisfied with 1 entry it seems.

Poker Tournament Cheat 1
A player called JJ-Prodigy has had $180k confiscated for playing with 2 accounts in the same tournament. Partypoker and Pokerstars have banned the alleged poker tournament cheat.

JJ-Prodigy is also 16 years old, which opens a whole new can of worms I won't be opening here.

Of the $180k confiscated, 40k was legitimate winnings, won from other poker players, who won't be reimbursed. Another whole new can of worms.

Poker Tournament Cheat 2
A Pro player called Zee Justin (Justin Bonomo) was caught playing with 6 different accounts in various online poker tournaments. An undisclosed amount of funds has been confiscated.

Partypoker have banned the alleged poker cheat and Pokerstars are currently investigating the matter.

The problem here is the players somewhat cheated yes, but multiple accounts have been around for a along time and the Poker Rooms knew about it for sure.

In fact it was not considered a major problem atall. Now these guys have lost a whole bunch of money, doing something that was not unknown to the Poker Rooms. Behaviour that previously went unpunished.

Quite a can of worms.
