Holloway Unhappy With New Transfer Rules

The new transfer rules are annoying QPR manager Ian Holloway somewhat. The 2005/2006 season transfer regulations imposed by the Championship Leagues are hurting smaller clubs like QPR who are in a difficult financial situation. Especially the new loan system.

The transfer rules are killing us and it is making life very, very difficult.

It's the first season this has happened and I'm finding it very hard to juggle.

In the past you could bring in a player on loan if you had injury problems, regardless of when it was in the season, but not any more."
