Frank Lampard Best Player In The World?
Jose Mourinho is of the opinion Frank Lampard is the best player in the world at the moment.
I don't see how he can improve, because for me he is the best player in the world at the moment" said Mourinho.
Lampard certainly is in form at the moment. Lampard is currently second favourite in the betting to be the top premiership goalscorer with Stan James Bookmakers. Nistelrooy is 5/4 favourite, Henry is 3rd favourite at 13/2.
Of course, it help Lampard's form no end playing for Chelsea - who seem to be head and shoulders above the rest of the English clubs in general. Having seen him perform tonight, I bet Mourinho wishes he could take that statement back. They were woeful against Real Betis.
