England U21's went down 2-1 in the mist at Elland Road. The first half was all England and Carlton Cole sent the u21's into the half time break 1 up.
In the second half the Austrian u21's sneaked their way back into the game ever and it was no surprise to see the big Austrian striker Marko Janko level the match on 56. England u21's then tried to get back into the tempo of the first half, but ended up conceding an untidy goal from Janko again on 76.
From there on in, England huffed and puffed to no avail. Dawson managed to miss late on when it looked easier to equalise, but finished like a centre back and that was that.
Hopefully the England first team do better tomorrow.
