Starluck Stalling Payouts by
CipherTo make a long story short. Yesterday, after playing 5 sessions of Blackjack (40 hands each) I put in for a withdrawal in the amount of $2,000.00 leaving approximately $350.00 on the books for the purposes of gambling at
Starluck Casino in the future.
After putting in for the withdrawal of $2,000.00 I immediately received notification that I should expect my withdrawal of $2,000.00 to be in my Neteller account within 2 to 7 hours. That was fine and there were no additional emails from StarLuck Casino at all.
The following day (today 8/16) I noted that the $2,000.00 withdrawal from
Starluck was not in my Neteller account. At that point I started up a chat with customer service and I was then informed that my account was "under investigation" and that it would take another (8) days to complete the investigation and my subsequent withdrawal would not be paid until the 24th of this month. That puts this casino with a previously stellar reputation for payment in the exact same category as the lower line of Playtech casinos.
Now we're talking about 5 sessions of Blackjack at 40 hands per session for a total of 200 hands. EIGHT DAYS!!! are these people absolutely out of there minds? They must be, as I've just been informed by Mary in customer service that these investigation are in fact conducted manually and that these investigations are only performed so as to insure that the customer gets everything that is due them.
Additionally, I've just got off the line with Rick Slater the floor supervisor there at StarLuck Casino and he has informed that this investigations process has been in place now for some 30 to 45 days and it will remain in effect from this point forward.
""
That's funny as I received another withdrawal from StarLuck casino on the 26th of July with absolutely no problems.""
These are exactly the type of things that ultimately lead to the demise of a casino and I'd be very cautious about doing business with these folks in the future.
