John Barnes has made his views on the England formation clear while talking to Rodney Marsh on Talksport Radio today.
♠ Barnes wants England to play a 442 and does'nt like the 451 formation very much.
♠ Barnes also said that England still need a decent left sided midfielder. I take it Barnsey does'nt rate the Wales matchwinner Joe Cole very much.

3 centre backs, 2 wide, 3 midfielders and 2 up front.

Everybody's a bloody manager aren't they? Well I don't remember Barnes doing such a great job at Celtic, or does he think we've forgotten what a mess he made of his first foray into football managership?
We have a team of individually gifted players, led by a Swede. Nuff said.
