Danny Shittu is championing a residential football course for youngsters to learn how to play football.
The football course for kids runs from the 21st to the 26th of August 2005 at the
Victualler's School - AscotDanny Shittu SaidThe Ultimate Player and Football Development Camp. I'll be at the camp everyday, helping develop footballing talent.
I currently play for
Queens Park Rangers Football Club - a lot of people would say that I have enjoyed what can be classed as a successful footballing career but in my mind I feel like I still have a lot to accomplish. Having arrived into football through unconventional methods Iā??ve pursued my learning of the game through hard work and perseverance.
I decided that I wanted to play professional football when I was 18 after finishing two years in College. Footballing wise, all I had done previously was play for a local team in East London for a short period and spent a couple of months at Fulham FC at the age of 15. After a few months there, I was offered a scholarship (YT) but I turned it down as I wanted to go to college and also because at that time I enjoyed athletics and volleyball more
