Danny Shittu To Leave QPR? >>
Sky Sports - Shittu open to Prem offers >> Danny Shittu has said to Sky Sports that he would pretty much jump at the chance to leave QPR to play in the premiership next year.
Southampton and
Manchester City are reportedly interested in gaining the big centre back's signature. So I guess Shittu is off.
Danny Shittu Said >>
I've been hearing a lot of positive things, I'm not sure how much is true but it's flattering to hear teams are looking at you," he told skysports.com.
"I'm happy at QPR and the club have done a lot for me. I've managed to make a name for myself and enjoy it there, but I don't know any player who doesn't want to play in The Premiership.
"It would be nice to play in The Premiership with QPR, but if the opportunity comes to move there this summer I would definitely consider it, 100 percent.
"My aim from day one has been to play in The Premiership. I started with Charlton, and have played in Division One and Two and now The Championship, but I have always wanted to get back to The Premiership.
"I can't really talk about specific clubs yet, but I will look at what offers do come in and decide from there."

♠ Firstly, thanks for the good times Danny Shittu.
♠ Secondly, I think you will get caught out in the premiership for positional sense and I am happy to see QPR recoup a large fee for your services, before QPR get into the premiership and your positional weaknesses are exposed.
♠ Thirdly, thanks again for the good times. You will always be
QPR Legend to me. Good luck Danny Shittu.
