Black Britain.co.uk columnist writer Ryan Clement is of the opinion Sir Les Ferdinand is right and Gary Neville's comments are an example of institutional racism in the English game. Ryan Clement stops short of saying exactly that, but that is what he means in my opinion. See for yourself here -
