Ladbrokes Planned A Very Big Casino Bill Campaign Over FOBT
A bit late I know, but I just found it while digging around the net. Ladbrokes were not going to allow the UK gambling bill to go against their "desires" without some high level schmoozing or "jollies" as the piece puts it.
Ladbrokes main worry though, was not online gambling or anything so sinister. The aim of the campaign would have been a push towards making sure the Fixed Odds Betting Terminals (fobt) remained alive and kicking.
