U.K. Casinos Only Allowed To Open In Crap Areas?
Apparently U.K Casinos May Be Limited to Remote, Poor Regions and not until 2008 either.
Marked as areas for "regeneration", these crap areas are not really going to be where the big American or any other large casino firms are gonna want to open up shop.
The thought that any casino firm will want to open up a casino to help the residents of run down areas to fix up the gaff, is a nonsense.
I dunno.
