Matt Hill, the Bristol Rovers left back will not be joining QPR after he and his representatives could not agree personal terms. He is not a Ranger.
QPR Cheif Mark Devlin said amongst other things ~ "We are obviously disappointed not to have secured the services of Matt Hill and the Deal Is Off
