IBAS Rule For William Hill Casino

IBAS Rule In Favour Of William Hill Casino On $153 Blackjack Progressive

IBAS have ruled against casino gambler Steve Carter on his alledged $153,000 progressive blackjack win.

To win the blackjack progressive, your first 4 cards all need to be an ACE. Steve Carter got 4 aces in a hand of blackjack at William Hill's Cryptologic powered casino, but they were not the first 4 cards of the hand.

IBAS (independant betting arbitration service) took 7 months to rule on this complaint. Ibas said

William Hill compensated Steve Carter $10,000. Hills had offered the $10,000 before arbitration.

Gamblog Comment :: Why this took 7 months is unclear. 7 months is just way too long.

Anyway, it seems the rules on Bill Hill's website did not explain the rules of the blackjack progressive properly. That said, the guy never won the blackjack progressive so IBAS had no choice but to rule in favour of William Hill Casino. Ibas should be able to get William Hill's to actually spend some money on getting the rules of their casino games, terms AND conditions for bonuses etc, written in ledgible, clear and idiot friendly language.
