Wayne Rooney and Michael Owen or Defoe? Who Will Start Up Front For England?

England will be playing against Wales at Old Trafford in a week or so (october 9). The big question is going to be who starts up front out of Rooney, Michael Owen or Jermaine Defoe.

  • Rooney will start
  • Michael Owen will start
  • Jermaine Defoe will start on the bench
    • (1) The will be much outcry from the press.
    (2) There will be some moaning by England fans as a result.
    (3) England will beat Wales after Defoe comes off the bench to replace Michael Owen and changes the game.
    (4) The press will go apeshit and try to bury England Manager Sven Goran Eriksson.

    Football - It's a funny old game.

    Then we play Azerbaijan and it would'nt matter if I started next to Rooney, Owen or Defoe, we would still win.
