Over 7'000 punters took odds of 20-1 about Rooney to score a hat trick on his debut for Man Utd, resulting in massive losses to the Coral Bookmakers of over £1 million.
This is a good thing in my eyes. Coral have denied me some nice winnings by their tight limits on "certain horses" and I have never met a nice Coral Bookie Manager either.
