A: Optimal Gambling.com and a few others including Gambling Press.com
Q: Could you explain what your organisation or website offers the public?
A: Optimal Gambling.com is mainly focused on gambling strategy, and in particular to present it in a way that's easy to understand for everyone, while still being complete and accurate.
Gambling Press.com gives you a quick update on the latest developments in online gambling. The goal is to present the news stories as objective as possible, and also to avoid stories that are really advertisements in disguise.
Q: Any comments as to the current state of play regarding the online gaming industry?
A: I hope the proposed new U.K. Gambling Bill will bring the regulation the
gaming industry needs and the players deserve. If the U.K. manages to implement a successful model, possibly more countries will adapt similar models, maybe even the U.S. in the long term. In the meantime I strongly support initiatives like eCOGRA, but they have to work on also getting casinos to join them that are not operating on Random Logic or Microgaming software.
Q: Is there anything else you would like to add that is pertinent to your work online or off?
A: I'm currently planning an online poker site targeted to go online by the end of September this year. I will be working on this site in cooperation with an experienced poker player and webmaster and I'm pretty excited about it.
